Having had a life-long love affair with Wales, visiting and spending family holidays since a child, I now live in North Wales, enjoying views of the Lleyn Peninsula with beautiful countryside on my doorstep.

My photographic work is inspired by the changing lights and colours of landscapes across the seasons, covering a range from close detail shots to wide-angle views.

Being largely self-taught, I began with a 1980s Canon 650 SLR and a selection of lenses, bought second-hand from a work colleague.

I now work in digital, and continue to use Canon cameras, a 300D and 20D. Working with two camera bodies, one fitted with a wide-angle lens and the other a zoom, I can respond quickly to capture a scene before me.
